CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 693
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN
LOTS 11 AND 121, BLOCK 1
SAVANNAH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate drainage and utility easements in Lots 1 I and 12,
Block 1 Savannah Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the arca
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for November 5, 1997
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted t mo weeks prior to
the meeting of November 5,1997; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did held a public hearing on November 5, 1997 to infonn any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in Lots 1 l and 12,
Block 1, Savannah Additiry; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council th-it said easements were not needed for
public purposes;

NOW,1'HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
Those particular drainage and utility easements which adjoin the c 3mmon lot line
between Lots I1 and 12, Block I. Savannah, according to tht recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, delineated and dedicatee on said plat as
being 5.00 feet wide and modified by a Surveyor's Certificate of Correction,
recorded as Document Number 6385890, to b z 6.00 feet wide.
Adopted by the City Council on November 5, 1997.
