RESOLUTION 97-692
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER TO ELM CREEK PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, Electric Service Company has provided additional work at the Elm Creek
P!ayfield, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager, M. A. Mortenson Co., has recommended aP1 roval
of said change order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Wayzata School District, on behalf of the City of Plymouth is authorized to make
payment in the amount of $3,139 to Electric Service Company of Minneapolis for work
rendered at the Elm Creek Playfield.
Adopted by the City Council on `dovember 5, 1997.
