RESOLUTION NO. 97-690
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE NO. 97-28t AN ORDINANCE COMPREHENSIVELY REVISING
AND AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 21 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY
CODE, THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, on November 5, 1997, the Plymouth City Council adopted Ordinance No.
97-28, an ordinance comprehensively revising and amending the text of Chapter 21 of the
Plymouth City Code, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance in the City's official newspaper,
State Law permits the publication of a sum. -nary approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the summary of Ordinance No. 97-28, which is
attached to this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 7 HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYh. ;UTH, MINNESOTA, that it shall and hereby does approve Summary
Ordinance No. 97.28, Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, for publication in the City's official
newspaper.
Adopted by the City Council on November 5,1997.
