CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97.689
APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN WAYZATA SCHOOL
DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Elm Creek Playfield ties immediately west of the nevi Wayzata High
School, and
WHEREAS, the Elm Creek Playfield has need for telephone service, and
WHEREAS, the Wayzata School District is in agreement to provide easement for said
telephone service,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE it RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
an easement agreement between the Wayzata School District and the City of Plymouth
for providing telephone easement access to die Elm CM-ek Playfield is hereby approved,
and further, that the Mayor is authorized to sign said agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on November 5, 1997.
