REDUCING REQUIRED GUARANTEE
HARRISON PLACE ON BASS i4Q51)
with the development contract dated December 5, 1994, McHumer Co., LLC,
WHEREAS, in aocOrdanx to install certain improvements
developer of Harrison Place on Bass Creek Addition (94051), has agreed
for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer bas completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the financial guarantee for the above items remain at $1,000 cash
