APPROVING FIRE LANE VARIANCE FOR PETER ANDREA COMPANY FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SHENANDOAH
LANE AND 22ND AVENUE (97047)
WHEREAS, Peter Andrea Company has requested approval of a fire lane variance for the
64 -unit apartment building located at the northwest comer of Shenandoah Lane and 221
Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Peter Andrea Company for a fire lane variance, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The building mist be protected by mi NFPA 13 automatic fire sprinkler systcm.
2. The building roust be protected by an approved automatic fire alarm system.
3. Approved Fire Department standpipes be located in all stairwells of the building.
4. Fire hydrants be located in approved locations on site.
