RESOLUTION 97-675
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 FOR COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION
WHEREAS, Commercial Refrigeration has completed adaitional work on the ice center
project as requested by the city, and
WHEREAS, the staff and construciton manager have reviewed said work and found it to
be acceptable in its quality and the associated cost,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMiOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $12,569 is approved for Commercial Refrigeration,
and further, that the Finance Director is authorized to make this payment out of the
project administration fund.
Adoptod by the City Council on November 5, 1997.
