RESOLUTION 97.674
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO LAUGERQUIST CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Laugergvist Corporation has installed the elevator at the Plymouth fee
Center, and
WHEREAS, the city's construction manager. Diversified Construction. is recommending
acceptance and final payment on the elevator contract,
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
fuW payment in the amount ofSi,241 is hereby approved to Laugerquist Corporation for
the installation of elevator at the Plymouth Ice Center.
Adopted by the City Council on November 5,1997.
