RESOLUTION 97-673
APPROVING FIRE LANE VARIANCE FOR MINNEAPOLIS GLASS COMPANY
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14600 - 2r AVENUE NORTH (97139)
WHEREAS, Minneapolis Glass Company has requested approval of a fire lane variance
for the industrial building located at 14600 -d'8° Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Minneapolis Glass Company for a fire lane variance, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The property owner may not construct any form of obstruction between the building
and the sites to the east and south.
2. An approved fire late tum around is required on the fire lane on the north side of the
building.
3. Fire department apprwted access doors are required on the south and east side of the
addition to the building.
4. The entire Minneapolis Glass Company building will be protected by an automatic
fire sprinkler system.
