CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-642
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO DIVERSIFIED CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, all work on the Plymouth Ice Center has been completed, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager, Diversified Construction, has completed all their
work regarding this project.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that final
payment, including all retainage, in the mount of 527,827 is hereby approved
Adopted by the City Council on October 1 S, 1997.
