RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 638
REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
GOLFVIEW WOODS ADDITION (96056)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 17, 1996, Mary Weinzierl,
developer of Golfview Woods Addition (96056), has agreed to install certain improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, URRMOTA, that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows:
That the required firanclal guarantee for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $25,798 to
$2,128 to reflect the completed work. The requited Financial Guarantee may be reduced accordingly.

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the financial guarantee requirements for the following items per
Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the financial guarantee for the above items remain at $1,000 cash with
4e financial guarantee (cash) being reduced from 51,250 to $0 (zero). The financial guarantee may be
reduced accordingly and will be released by the Finance Department.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street construction is
accepted for continual maintenance as of October 15. 1997 subject to the two year guarantee by the
developer per Maintenance Bond No. 158 903448 issued by the CNA Insurance Companies.
Adopted by the City Council on October 15,1997.
