RESOLUTION NO. 97-631
APPROVING AUDIT SERVICES FOR 1997, 1998 AND 1999
WIIEREAS, the City charter, State statutes and federal regulations require an annual audit of the
City's financial records; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Deloitte & Touche LLP to provide audit
services to the City for the years 1997.1998 and 1999; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP has provided the City with good audit services
for the years 1994, 1995 and 19%.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the firm of Deloitte dt Touche LLP is hereby
approved to perform audit services for the City for the years 1997, 1998 and 1999 for the fees of
$31,300,$32,100 and $32,950 respectively plus 51,000 for the new Federal Single Audit Act.
