CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-629
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.5 TO DOBOSZENSKI & SONS
FOR IRRIGATION WORK
WHEREAS, Town Home Maintenance Corporation is a subcontractor to Doboszenski &
Sons, Inc., supplying the in'gation system at the Plymouth Life Time Recreation Center,
and
WHEREAS, it was necessary to do additional underground work in order to complete the
installation of the irrigation system, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager and city staff have reviewed said request for
additional payment, and found them to be in line with the work completed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that Change
Order No. 5 to Doboszenski dt Sons, Inc., in the amount of $6,568.45 is hereby approved,
and further that funding for this change order will come from project administration
funds.
Approved by the City Council on October 15,1997.
