CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-629
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 AND FINAL PAYMENT
AND RELEASE OF RETAINAGE TO C.C.S. CONCRETE AND MASONRY
WHEREAS, C.C.S. Concrete and Masonry has completed additional work outside the
scope of the original contract on the ice center contract as documented by the City's
construction manager, and
WHEREAS, C.C.S. Concrete has completed all work per their contract to the City of
Plymouth on the ice arena project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $30,119 is hereby approved, and also final payment
including all retainages is also approved, and as recommended by the City's Finance
Director, payment for the Change Order will be charged to the Project Administration
Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on October 15,1997.
