CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-627
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR
WEST MEDICINE LAKE PARK PICNIC SHELTERS
WHEREAS, Thor Construction has been awarded the bid for constructing four open air
picnic shelters at West Medicine Lake Park; and
WHEREAS, there has been an oversight on no bidding for sub grade preparation on said
shelters; and
WHEREAS, Thor Construction has proposed doing the necessary work along with a
minor change in the structure of the picnic shelters.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $9,599 to Thor Construction is hereby approved, and
further, the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said Change Order.
Adopted by the City Council on October 15, 1997.
