APPROVINr FINAL PLAT FOR PETER ANDREA COMPANY FOR Nu AVEFNNANDOAH

WHEREAS, Peter Andrea Company has requested approval of a Final Plat for Shenandoah
Apar meats: and
WHEREAS, this 5.1 -acre site is presently legally described as Outlot B. Parkers Lake North
r Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Development Review Committee has reviewed said request and recommends
approval.

conditions:
1. The Final Plat shall be in compliance with the plans received by the City on September
5,1997.
a. The Final Plat must indicated a drainage easement for the water quality ponding area -
3. Standard Conditions:
a. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
b. Submission of a Site Improvement Performance Agreement prior to Ii suance of
building permits for the proposed building.

resulting from plat approval and development. The Developer shall indemnify the
City and its officers, employees, aM agents for all costs, damages, or expenses
which the City may pay or incur kn consequence of such claims, including
attorneys, fees.
