WHEREAS, the City rezoned the subject property from PUD to RSF-2 in error on December
18, 1996: and
WHEREAS, the appropriate zoning
classification for the subject property is RSF-4 based on
the approved preliminary Plat; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance rezoning the affected parcel from RSF-
2 to RSF-4.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
