APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.5
PEONY LANE - STREET AND BRIDGE ]WROVEMENTS

WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional compensation to the contractor for instagstion of a 54" high split
rail fence adjacent to the bridge trail; and
WHEREAS, this additional work is recess-xy; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 5 for Peony Lane - Street and Bridge Improvements. City
Project No. 5002, is motnmended for approval;
VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 5 for Peony Lane - Street
and Bridge Improvements. City Project No. 5002, by adding $32,550 is approved:
