RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 618
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.4
PEONY LANE - STREET AND BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. SM
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional compensation to the contractor for providince, bridge abutment
drainage system bit coated slope paving, median sign anchors, wildflower
seeding w/erosion blanket, disposal of common excavation, planing shrubs
in north mitigation area, seeding with a `0 and 700 mix, remobdization
cost. Item to be deleted from the contract include seeding w/4" of topsoil,
sad prix 500. wood fiber blanket, commercial fertilizer and concrete slope
paving; and
WHEREAS, this additional work is necessary; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for Peony Lane - Street and Bridge Improvements, City
Project No. 5002, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTh, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 4 for Peony Lane - Street
and Bridge Improvements, City Project No. 5002, by adding $19,781.31 is approved:
