CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97413
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE
POLICE ORDERED TOWING AND IMPOUNDMENT OF VEHICLES
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor for the
police ordered towing and impoundment of vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the City has solicited proposals from interested towing contractors; and
WHEREAS, the City nxeived proposals from Plymouth Automotive, North Suburban
Towing and Kelly's Wrecker Service, Inc. for the services set forth in the Proposal
Documents furnished to the interested towing contractors and reviewed in the Risk
Managetnent Coordinator's memo dated October 1,1997;
NOV✓, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Council award the
Police Ordered To%ving and Impoundment Contract to Plymouth Automotive for the
period commencing August 1,1997 and ending August 1, 2000.
Adopted by the City Council on October 15, 1997.
