CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 600
AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARMING" SIGNS ON
SCHMI DT LAKE ROAD BETWEEN
VICKSBURG LANE AND FERNBROOK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 9007
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Schmidt Lake
Road between Vicksburg Lane and Fembrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on
Schmidt Lake Road between Vicksburg Lane and Fembrook Lane.
NOW. THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. That the Director of Public
Works is hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Schmidt
Lake Road between Vicksburg Lane and Fembrook Lane.
Adopted by the City Council on October 1. 1997.
