S99 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF PART OF COUNTY ROAD 24 AND DUNIQRK LANE WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Dan Obermiller on behalf of Hans Hagen Homes has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following County Road 24 and Dunkirk Lane street right -0f --way: That part of Old County Road No. 24 and Dunkirk Lane lying within thy, Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and within Oudot D. Dunkirk Meadows, all in Section :^, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County. Minnesota, which lies easterly of the most easterly right of way line of County State Aid Highway Na. 24 as planed in Hennepin County Highway Plat No. 4, and southwesterly of State Highway No. 55 as platted in said Dunkirk Meadows. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 5, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
