CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 598
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
PART OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMEN'T'S WITHIN
LOTS l I AND 129 BLOCK 1, SAVANNAH
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S:& 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, David Hinners of
Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following drainage and utility easements:
Those particular drainage and utility easements which adjoin the common lot line
between Lots ll and 12, Block 1, Savannah, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, delineated and dedicated on said plat as
being 5.00 feet wide and modified by a Surveyor's Certificate of Correction,
recorded as Document Number 6385890, to be 6.00 feet wide.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
November 5, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public heating of said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 1, 1997.
