RESOLUTION NO. 97 -597
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
12TM AVENUE NORTH AND HARBOR LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 1. 1997 a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of 12" Avenue
Forth and Harbor Lane North by the installation of ornamental residential street lights
and this report was receival by the Council on October It 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
the owners of real property adjacent to the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 1, 1997. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on October 1, 1997.
