RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 396
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING
I?" AVENUE NORTH AND HARBOR LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting installation of
ornamental residential street lighting on I r Avenue NorCi and Harbor Lane North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HF,REBY RESOLVED RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of 12'h Avenue North and Harbor Lane
North by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City
Council on October 1, 1997 is hereby declared to be signed by the required
percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.03.
3. ite petit on is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived
their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
