RESOLUTION NO. 97 -595
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
PLUM TREE 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 1, 1997 a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Plum Tree 3'a
Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this -epnrt was
received by the Council on October 1, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the
improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted October 1, 1997. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the wrork which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on October 1, 1997.
