RESOLUTION NO. 97 - 596
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1
FOUR SEASONS MALL PARK-AND-RIDE LOT RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 7013
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared and provided for the following:
The excavation of clay soils on-site when: necessary to achieve proper
subbase as well as the import and installation of additional Class 5 subbase in
those excavated areas; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. I for Four Seasons Mall Park -and -Ride Lot Reconstruction
Project, City Project No. 7013 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for the Four Seasons
Mall Park -and -Ride Lot Reconstruction Project, City Project No. 7013, by adding
59,069.50, is approved:
Original Contract Amount $899483.35
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Add 9.069.50
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $98,552.85
Adopted by the City Council on October 1,1997.
