CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97%%S
APPROVAL OF ONE NEW CURRENT MODEL 2 WHEEL DRIVE
UTELITY POLICE VEHICLE
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 1997 budget the purchase of replacement of
police patrol vehicles and
WHEREAS, the City has prepared specifications and rxeived a bid from Erickson Chevrolet.
Fontiac, Inc. and
WHEREAS, Erickson Chevrolet, Pontiac. hw. meets specifications and is considered a
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY Or PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Erickson Chevrolet, Pontiac, Inc. meets the
City's needs and accepts their bid of $26,263 and that there will be no State Sales Tax due
because this is a clearly marled emergency vehicle.
FURTHER, that the funding will be 602-1760-8004
Adopted by the City Council on October 1, 1997.
