APPROVING EXPENDITURES FOR GRAND OPENING CEREMONIES
WHEREAS, %be Ipatd opening cec mnics of the Phymouth Life Time Recreation
Complex etc scheduled for October 17. 18, and 19, atd
WHEREAS, certain coats will be incurred during this activity.
NOW 7ihWFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the finance director is authorized to make payments of up to $2,500 out of the 1997
contingetcy budget for such costs.
Adopted by the City Council on October 1, 1997.
