CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97.512
APPROVING FINAL STEPS FOR ICE ARENA PROJECT 3041
WHEREAS, the ice center conslruction manager has recommended the following payments be
made, +ud
WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed said payments and concurs with said recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL, that the
following:
Changg Orders
1)Ben Franklin Change Order #3 519,994
2)Dobosa mski & Sons Chaage Order #4 536,402
3)Midwest Asphalt Change Order #2 $21,533
and
Reduction in Retai=
1)Superior Fire Protection, reduction from 5% to 011/6
2)Ben Franklin Electric, reduction from 5% to I%
3)WIidwest Asphalt, reduction from 5% to 4%
4)Spancrete, reduction from 5% to 1%
5)Dobo3rrnski & Sons, reduction from 5% to 2%
Final Payment
I )Northland Concrete, in the amount of $10,756
are all hereby approved for ice arena Project 5041.
Adopted by the City Council on October 1, 1997.
