RESOLUTION NO. 97-574
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH DELANO ERICKSON ARCHITECTS
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the selection of Delano Erickson Architects for the Activity Center
prof+ and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney's office has reviewed and approved the contract between the City of Plymouth
and Delano Erickson Architects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign said contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on October 1, 1997.
