CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-566
AWARDING BID ON PICNIC SHELTERS AT WEST MEDICINE LAKE PARK
WHEREAS, the City received sealed bids at 10 a.m. on September 16, 1997, for picnic
shelters at West Medicine Lake Park, and
WHEREAS, the City received four bids as outlined below
Parkas Construction $132,000
Lindahl & Carlson Construction 5124,000
Hunerberg Construction $1159350
Thor Construction $1099702
WHEREAS, the low apparent bidder is Thor Construction in the amount of S 109,702,
and
WHEREAS, city status recommending that the City Council award the low bid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that the
contract for picnic shelters be awarded to Thor Construction in the base amount of
$109,702 for West Medicine Lake Park, Project No. 7020.
Adopted by the City Council on September 17, 1997.
