WHEREAS. a contact has been Id for the in>provemet t of:
Rid�tnount Avenue - County Road 73 to Vinewood Lane
by the re tenon of the bituminous atreet with concrete curb and Sutter and storm
sewer, concrete sidewalk and all necessary appuru=noes, and the camact price for
such improvement is $395,114 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the
making of said improvement amount to $53.617 so the tool cost of the improvement
will be $430,731 and of this cost the City will pay $323.004.64 as its share of the cost.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The coat of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby dock" to
be $123.726.36.
2. The City Clerk. with the assistance of the City Engineer. shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible lot. piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, *itbout regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Cleric shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify the
City Council thereof.
