ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMEJNT
112TH AVENUE
CITY PROJECT NO. 5023
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
12' Avenue an of Ferndale Road
by the installation of a bituminous strut with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer,
sanitary sewer and water lateral, and W necessary appurtenances. and the contract price
for such improvement is $154,983.95 and the expenses incurred no ;r. `e incurred in the
making of said improvement amount to $70,125.69 so the total co,- , the improvement
will be 5225.109.64 and of this cost the City will pay $63.423.89 as its share of the
cost;
NOW, THEREFORE. BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $161,685.75.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such ptoposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify the
City Council thereof.
