RESOLUTION FOR REARING ON PROPOM
PEONY LANE
CITY PROJECT NO SW
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the City Coun, il on September 17, 1997 the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed asses .rnent of the total cost of thr
following improvements:
Peony Lane from State Highway SS to north of s,w Wayn a Senio High
School Site.
by the installation of a bituminous street with concret; curb and gutter, storm sewer, a
railroad crossing bridge, 8 foot wide bituminous :rails, a trunk and lateral watermain
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment har been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLV.ci) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 15' day .) October, 1997 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard. Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two wacks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total
cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
