RECEIVING PRELIIbMARY ENGINEEMG REPORT AND
CALLING FOR HEARING ON EWPROVEMENTS
COUNTY ROAD 6 SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
RANIER LANE TO URBANDALE LANE
CITY PROJECT NO, 7018
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 20, 1997 a report
has been prepared with respect to extending sanitary sewer adjacent to County Road 6
between Ranier Lane and UrSandale Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the construction of sanitary sewer,
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on September 17, 1997;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and
adjacent property within the designated County Road 6 Sanitary
Sewer Extension Project area for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of 593,500.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
15th day of October, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boule%,ud at 7:00 p.m., end the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements a% required by law.
