RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
1997 WEED ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION, ROLL I
W=RBA& by a resolution passed by the Council on September 17, 1997 the City Clerk was directed
to prepare a proposed assessment for the total Coat for the 1997 Weed Eradication &rad Destruction. Roll
1 on certain lands within the City as provided by law: and
WHEREAS, the Cleric has ramified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed std
MW in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOIFI'H, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 15th day of October, 1997 in the City Council
Ch mbers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota
at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such charges will be given an opportunity to be heard with
refem. ce to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the
bearing, and shall state in the notice the total amount of the assessment. The Clerk shall
also cause maned notir~- to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
assessment fall.
