RESOLUTION NO. 97-50
RESOLUTION FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
1997 REMOVAL AND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES, ROLL 1
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 17, 1997 the City Clerk was
directed to preparea proposed assessment fordo total cost for the 1997 Removal and Destruction of
Diseased Tress, Roll 1 on certain leads within the City as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Clelt has notified the Council that such propose l assessment has been completed
and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 15th day of October. 1997 in the City Council
Chambo.s of the Plymouth City Center. 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth,
Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such pr posed assessment sAd at such time and
place all persons owning property affectea by such charges will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to
the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total amount of the assessment. The
Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the ownar of each parcel described
in the assessment roll.
