RESOLUTION NO. 97-561
RESOLUTION DECLkRING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARWIOY OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR 1997 REMOVAL A ND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES, ROLL 1
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 429.101 M.S.A.. the Forester of the City of
Plymouth. has caused the 1997 Removal aad Destruction of Diseased & roes, Roll 1 on certain lands
within said City, and a determination has been made that certain charges thereto have not been paid
as provided by law, and the total amount of such work amounts to $162.73.
NOW, TiKEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such assessment to be specially assessed is hereby declared to he $162.73.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Forester shall forthwith calculate the
proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement agaipst every assessable
lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash
valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment. notify the Council
thereof.
