RESOLUTION 97 - 541
APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT OF POLARIS LANE
NORTH AND 23RD AVENUE NORTH (97108)
WHEREAS, Caliber Development Corporation has requested a PUD (Planned Unit
Development) General Plan Amendment for property legally described as:
Outlot B, Parkers Lake Corporate Center Yd Addition and Lot 1. Block 1, Parkers Lake
Corporate Center 7'R Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance requires a text amendment for a PUD General Plan
Amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing
and recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance amending thro Zoning Ordinance text for
the affected parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does support and approve the request
by Caliber Development Corporation for a PUD General Plan Amendment and related Zoning
Ordinance text amendment, based on the following findings:
1. The Amendment is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and other City policies and
plans.
2. There is adequate infrastructure to support the amendment of the parcel.

3. The Amendment is consistent with the intont of the Parkers take Corporate Center MPUD.
