CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97-97
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.2 TO DIVERSIFIED CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, Diversified Construction of Minneapolis has acted as the city's construction
manager on the ice center project, and
WHEREAS, Diversified Construcdon is contracted on a week by week basis to complete the
work on the project, and
WHEREAS, they worked seven additional weeks beyond what had been contracted by previous
contracts and change orders,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 2 to Diversified Construction in the amount of $56,000 for a time extension
on the ice center project is hereby approved, and further, that the Finance Director is authorized
to pay this additional amount from the construction budget for ice center project no. 5041, and
further, funding for this change order shall come from the project administration fund.
