OF OLD DUNKIRK LANE (96193) WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes, Inc. has requested reclassification of the zoning from FRD (Future Restricted Development) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for property legally described as fbIlows, and That pari of State Highway No. 55 as dedicated in said plat of DUNKIRK MEADOWS lying southerly of Line "A" as described and shown on the plat of DUNKIRK, MEADOWS, Hennepin County, Minnesota and lying westerly of the west lira: of Outlot A and its northerly extension, as platted in said DUNKIRK MEADOWS. WHEREAS, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance requires a text amendment for a PUD General Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said requests at a duly called Public Hearing and recommended approval; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance rezoning the affected parcel from FRD to PUD and an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance text for the affected parcel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERFRY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does support Y Hftns Hagen Homes, Inc. for reclassification of the zoning itom FRD (Future Restricted Development) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) and for a PUD General Plan Amendment and related Zoning Ordinance text amendment for property located southeast of the intersection of Highway 55 and County Road 24, based on the following findings: J • 1. The proposed rezoning and text amendment are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and other City policies and plans. 2. The proposed development meets the intent of the PUD zoning district by providing an efficient use of lend. 3. There is adequate infrastructure to support the proposed development and rezoning of the parcel.
