CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-524
SET COUNCIL MEETING STARTING TIME FOR DECEMBER 3,1997 AND
DECEMBER 17t 1"7 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the City is required to hold a Truth In Taxation hearing on the 1998 budget
and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, these dates cannot conflict with those dates for school districts within the
City of Plymouth or Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS. the best available dates are the same as the regular Council meeting dates of
December 3,1997 and December 17, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA, that the ►egular Council meeting of
December 3, 1997 shall start following the conclusion of the Truth In Taxation Hearing,
and the regular Council meeting of December 17, 1997 shall start at 7:00 P.M. or the
conclusion of the Truth in Taxation hearing.
