RESOLUTION 97-S19
APPROVING RMRIM USE PERMIT
PROPERTY LOCATED IN THENORTHWEST U RANT OF HIGHWAINC.S AND
REVERE LANE (97080)
WHEREAS, The Rottlund Company, Inc. has requested approval of an Interim Use Permit for
parking reduction for property legally described as follows:
Outlots B. C. and D. Prime West Business park, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS. the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing
and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by The
Rottlund Company, Inc. for an Interim Use Permit for parking reduction, subject to the following
conditions:
1. Approval of the interim Use Permit is contingent upon the adoption of the Rezoning,
2. An Interim Use Permit is approved to allow a reduction in the required number of none
driveway, off-street parking spaces from 171 to 71 based on analysis and documentation
indicating that 71 spaces would be adequate to serve the projected needs of the townhome
development.
3. Thr applicant shall reserve space on the site for future construction of 10 additional parking
spaces in the locations as shown on the August 4. 1997 plan, to be installed if the facility
experiences a parking shortage and the City deems the additional parking necessary.
Adopted by the City Council on September 3, 1997.
