RESOLUTION NO. 97-509
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
BEAUTIFUL SAVIOR CHURCH (97061)
SW NE Section 10, TI 18N, R 22W
WHEREAS, the Beautiful Savior Church proposes to fill an on-site small w -Hand, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities that are less than 2,000.00 sq. ft. in wetlands type 1, 2 or 6
(De Minimis, 8420.0122. Subp. 9 (3))
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Beautifcl Savior Church.
