CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 97-504
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 11 AND FINAL
COUNTY ROAD 9/ROCKFORD ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 3010
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for County Rood 9/Rockford Road, City
Project No. 3010, s dd agreement being dated SeIntember 23,1994; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified Lis acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was SI,646.513A5. Three change
orders wen approved in the amount of $281,616.10 and the value of the
work to date is 51,871,672.97 and is herewith approved. This project
underrm the revised contract amount by $56,456.58 or 2.7%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for County Road 9/Rockford
Road and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the
same, is hereby released from the engineer as acceptable from the contract
except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal
rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after
final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. I I and Final in the amount of $42,970.17 to C.S.
McCnmwo Construction. Inc. for County Road 911tockford Road is hereby
approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to pay the same forthwith.
