CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 97 -SM
APPROVING PAYMENT TO DIVERSIFIED CONSTRUCTION OF MINNEAPOLIS
WHEREAS, in their role of coastivetion manager, Diversified Construction was required to
provide general labor and materials for the construction of the ice anter project, and
WHEREAS, these costs were necessary for the expedient completion of the Plymouth Ice Center
project, and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed said invoices for work and maty -Hal.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
City's Finance Director is authorized to make payment in the total amount of 5100.748.01 to
Diversified Construction for costs incurred in the construction of the Plymouth Ice Center
projcct.
