WHEREAS. ft CitY's W=Ucdm manager has negotiated a change order with Did
& Sono for the iagul>a W of irrigation at the new mutation qmm complex In the mom of
$64.789. and
WHEREAS. the Director of Puke and Recreation has reviewed said change order. add
WHEREAS. said change order is in line with the pmject budget.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL. Ihat
Change Order No. 3 to Dobosunski & Sons for the installation of irrigation in the amount of
$64,789 is hereby approved.
Adopted by the city Council on September 3. 1997.
