HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1997-494• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 974% FOPROVING FINDINGS OF R PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST FOR AMENDING CO ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT FOR CORNER OF VICCKSBURG LANE AND 22ND AVENUE (97094) WHEREAS, The Demons Group has requested a PUD (Planned Unit DAelopment) General Plan Amendment for property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake North S" Addition, and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance requires a text amendment for a PUD General Plan Amendment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance text for the affected parcel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITYILOF THE Y H, OF PLYMOUTMINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does support and approve the request by The Damone Group for a PUD General Plan Amendment and related Zoning Ordinance text amendment. based on the following findings: 1. The Amendment is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and other City policies and plans. 2. There is adequate infrastructure to support the proposed amendment. 3.
