RESOLUTION NO. 97487
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER TO SFG CONTRACT
WHEREAS. the City has sucxwfidly implemented the fust two phases of a four-phase process
to update core information systems; and
WHEREAS, limited additional services are required to maintain the project's on-time, under-
budget
nderbudget performance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Finance 8t Informstion Technology Di-
rector is authorized to sign the August 1997 change order to the contract with SFG Technologies,
resulting in the purchase of additional resources at a cost of 511,61 5-50.
